Electronic Plan Submission
Plans for new construction of one and two family dwellings may be submitted electronically to our plan examiner. Plans for alterations and additions should be submitted to the office of the local authority. After verifying your plan may be submitted to SAFEbuilt, you may fill out the form below and attach plans and supplemental information.
A plan examiner may contact you by phone or email to discuss questions or clarifications or if additional information is required to complete the review. Once completed, you will receive conditional approval via email. The local inspector will receive electronic copies of approved documents.
Submit at least two, full-size copies of plans printed to scale to the offices of the local jurisdiction before permit issuance.
