Under contract with the City of Pembroke Pines, the SAFEbuilt team provides traditional operation and maintenance of structures, grounds, and improvements; as well as essential data research/analysis, planning/programming, energy efficiency, preventative maintenance and environmental assessments of their facilities.
The City was experiencing excessive costs, disruption of their primary services, and unacceptable results relating to the operation and management of their properties and improvements. Our on-site project team supports and addresses all the City’s facilities management needs, allowing them to focus on what they do best, their core business.
Service include janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, lighting, glass treatments, signage, fire safety, pedestrian ways, landscaping, FF&E, and preventative maintenance solutions. Under the preventative maintenance solution components, systems, equipment and functions of each property are identified, segregated, and analyzed to create options on how best to approach operations and maintenance; recognizing priorities, service levels, and life cycles and funding constraints.
